据悉，论坛旨在实现政府、企业和青年人才的联动互动，营造上海创新创业良好生态，助力上海建设青年发展型城市。在圆桌论坛环节，来自人工智能、低空经济、区块链、新能源等多个行业的青年科学家与企业家，共同聚焦科创机遇与城市未来深入交流，合力对青年创新创业发展之命题得出最优解。
青年与城市共成长，上海为青年提供了优质的创业土壤，同一起跑线竞争、逐梦。那么，上海缘何吸引青年人才？青年又如何把握产业变革新机遇？上海零数科技有限公司创始人林乐，目前在上海创业近八年。他表示，上海具有优渥“人才土壤”。上海的生活环境、城市治理、医疗与教育资源，综合条件应该是最佳的，为创业者解决了很多家庭后顾之忧。此外，上海有很好的契约精神。同时，上海是亚洲乃至全球的金融中心，有非常活跃的融资体系，是创业沃土的关键要素，例如浦东陆家嘴金融城。
良好的营商环境是上海的闪亮名片。谈及为何扎根上海，顾捷表示：“青年人才在上海特别集聚，例如浦东张江。吸引年轻人创业就是给他宽松的环境，让他们觉得这个城市很有趣，而上海这座城市展现出更多科技创新能力、包容能力，有属于它的无尽活力与魅力。”
“80后”上海时的科技有限公司创始合伙人蒋俊，经历了过去十来年每个技术浪潮。技术的提升能衍生出新事物，促进社会的加速发展。“新质生产力是生产力现代化的具体体现，其本质是先进生产力。得益于电子能量密度提升和控制技术发展，我把航空技术、新能源技术、控制算法技术做了叠加，未来可以给大家提供更好的出行交通工具。”
没有技术怎么办？蒋俊说，想尽千方百计。“我们是国内第一个研发垂直飞行器的，过往没技术，我们钻研材料，把复杂工程问题拆解，尝试多种方式，最后成功突破技术难题，现在有了自主知识产权的技术。”他表示，在上海创业特别有信心。“今年是低空经济特别热的一年，上海发展低空经济相关政策即将出台，同时希望打造更多应用场景。”
上海氢晨新能源科技有限公司董事长易培云，2002年来到上海，他结合自身创业经验总结道，“年轻人创业，我认为选择赛道很重要，认准方向，持之以恒。”
“请进来”和“走出去”双向奔赴。易培云认为，科技无国界，当下更多压力不是来自于技术，而是来自于国际环境，双方存在认知差异，“我愿意把懂的人‘请过来’。”
林乐坦言，把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革机遇，创业者需要敢打敢拼的精神，更需要价值观，不能为了创新而创新，要提高社会福祉和商业效率。如果产业落地见成效，同时可以辐射到共建“一带一路”国家或其他地方。(完)
